Ive got a UTE reciever on my AR and was wondering about mounting an EoTech on it. it seems its going to make the optics sit a bit high, is there a way to zero the Eotech or what? i'm a little lost here..

You will be able to zero the optic for a given distance, but the range of distances at which the zero holds true gets smaller as you increase the distance between the barrel and the optic. You will probably lose the ability to cowitness with your irons if you mount an EOTech on a UTE upper receiver.
