yes. From DPMS. They make both M16 and semi-auto versions as well as chrome and manganese phosphate coated units. Availability is another issue however. Since there is low demand for them, their production / vendor orders are very sporadic. I had to wait about 3 months for a chrome, semi-auto, notchless unit to be delivered. The notchless carriers are not shown in their online catalog, so call them for availability. 1-800-578-3767
