Is there a quality difference between ER Shaw and Wilson arms?  How much of a difference, is it enough to really choose one over the other?

+1  agreed

As it relates to their OEM lines, they are both a quality supplier of OEM barrels.  Like any other "vs." thread, some will argue adamantly for one or the other.  But if you look at a large cross section of product from each manufacturer there is not enough difference to base your rifle buying decisions.
