On my SPOT and Aimpoint red dots I just zeroed my iron sites @ 50yds first then adjusted the red dot to ride on top of the FS post. Very little adjustment was needed after that. They both run fine. Keeping in mind that they are 3 and 4 MOA dots and the EO is a 1 MOA dot. Will my method of sighting in the EO need to be any different? I will be using a RRA Dominator mount so co-witnessing is not a issue. I have never used a EOtech before but I got the mount off the EE for cheap and want to use one on a middy A-3 upper. Thanks

Why would dot size make a difference?

There's a version of the EOtech that is just the 1MOA dot without the 65MOA circle, if that's what you're wanting.
