I have searched and have not found a definitive answer. Does Larue make a mount for the CompM3 series? One similar to the mount they make for the CompM2.

If not, what mount works really well with the Aimpoint CompM3 series? I'm putting this on my M4 with flattop.

Thanks.

The bodies of the optics (ML2, M2, ML3, M3, even the older Comp M XD, etc) are, for the purposes of brevity, identical. Hence, any mount that will work with one, will work with another.

Hope this helps,
Clint

Be careful here, the M2 and M3's are identical dimensionally, however the older M/M-XD are not the same and certain mounts that work on the M/M-XD will not work on the newer M2/M3 series.  But for our purposes, here, yes any M2 mount should work on the M3....

When Mark Larue got into the game big, the M2 was already in production & he designed his model off that. So, yes all Larue Aimpoint mounts will work. ARMS & other older mounts are a different story, though.

CO-Rrect on LaRue's mounts....I just wanted to clarify Havoc's statement that all Aimpoint "M" series bodies were the same in case any other reader was considering any other mt. combinations w/ the "M" series of Aimpoints.......
