Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Does the Insight MRDS ACOG mount ring fit the mount section on a TA33?

I have an original Insight MRDS and was going to try and mount it on my TA33. I know Insight makes/made an ACOG mount for ACOGs that didn't have the bottom 'half' on the body. My TA33 has that part on it and was wondering, if I got the MRDS ACOG mount, would the top half simply mate up with that piece, or are they different circumferences?
