Should I break it down and clean it. There apears already to be lubrication on the internals.

Run a moist patch down the bore a few times. Then just shoot it.

i'd clean the bbl, jsut to be sure there anit noting inside...

get more ammo

I would advise having a primed case and the proper amounts of powder behind that bullet as well.

Clean it first, there is no reason why you should be firing a new weapon without cleaning it first. The quick wipe down won't hurt you any, and it will get a quality lube put on its parts.
