Hey all,

I'm either going to buy a CMT M4 6 position stock or a Magpul M93 stock TONIGHT!!.  I currently have a LONG ACE skelly stock that came on my bushmaster.  It has a rifle sized buffer in it, not the shorty carbine buffer.  

Do either of these stocks come with a buffer, and for that matter a spring??  If not, what would you recommend and from where for a buffer?  9mm buffer?  Spring?
