I'm a new poster here so please bear with me.  Mostly I just read and read and learn.  So before I start, thank you for all I learned so far.  

I already own a Colt AR-15A2 Blue Lable with a collapsible stock.  I was told it has a Type I stock.  What is the difference between a Type I and a Type II?  And is the Type II any better?  For my next Pre-Ban is it worth me going for a Type II or not?

Also what is a gapper?

Good to see more and more LA guys in here.

Not sure the difference in types of the collapsibles but someone will be able to answer you shortly.
