Does anyone have any info or experience with this particular handguard?
I haven't heard of it before and it looks intriguing. Price on website was $195.00  D&L Sports website Thanks. |

Dave mentioned these to me in passing at his ITRC match this last August. One feature of them is that they are mechanically fixed to the receiver, and I think also to the barrel nut, so that nothing can move even under extreme heat.

I can't say much about the hand guard but WTF is up with putting the BUIS in front of the ACOG? That looks retarded...
 Also, why was the ejection port cover omitted from the design of that upper?Maybe it's just me but I can't take a carbine seriously when it's setup like that... |

And no fwd assist.
The tubes in the stock are to hold cleaning rods. I concur in a general, WTF? |

Hmmm. I'll have to look into it a little more, I like the idea of removable rails.
As for the other stuff, I agree Different strokes I guess. I know the upper is a DPMS Lo pro upper. I have one on my varmint gun, it works great. I'm not really sure what the point of them are, but I got mine for really cheap and I like it for it's intended purpose. |
