I've gotten my Colt Lightweight shorty just the way I want it.

Took it to a 3 gun match yesterday and it functioned flawlessly.

Took it home yesterday, cleaned it with Breakfree CLP like you told me........all is well.

I went to put it back in the safe........but........but.......I just can't put it down!

I tried again .............I couldn't do it!

It just has to be near me..........Oh God...What shall I do?

Buy enough to put one (or two) in every room of your house.  That way they will always be near you.

Shit, I can't quit playing with just my complete lower. I don't know what's going to happen when I get my upper. I'll proably have to take a few days off of work just to cuddle my new born.

That type of behaviour is common at this point in your black rifle ownership...........Hell who am I kidding, it's normal in any stage of black rifle ownership.

I agree whole heartly!!  I just bought a NEW 6721 for $1200.00 and love it!  Now I'm looking for a 6920 and 6520.  I can't stop either.  I guess the 10 year wait makes us all appreciate our new-found FREEDOMs!  I like all the great choices.  No more Hillary Specials or Fienstien wanna be's.  Congratulations to all!!!  Let me know if you know where I can get either a 6520 or 6920 for a reasonable price.  Will take used if in excellent condition.

I'm a noob and I'm already scraping my pennies for my next purchase.  I picture a lot of the members of this board sitting at their computer with a couple of carbines lying on their desk.  That way they can answer any technical questions and have a visual reference...LOL.  This is an awesome board and one day too I will be able to help a noob.

Just wait when you start putting on war movies that have a like ness of your rifle then youll be hanging out with your new buddy often or at times when your wife is out  that way no one knows your hanging out with your rifle.

If anyone tells you that you have a problem, don't talk to them anymore.  Just keep talking to the normal people, like us.
