I believe there were issue early on with canted sights.  Not sure if this has been cleared up or not.

The consensus was that for the price there were better option for slightly less money.

I bought one to use as a .22 for my wife.  For $275 it wasnt a bad deal.  Yes there probably are better uppers out there but if you are just going to use it and abuse it I think you cant go wrong,
