Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - DPMS barrel question

I just got a DPMS barrel.  It looks good, but the stamped writing on the barrel faces down instead of up.  Is this normal on DPMS?   Does it matter? Thanks, Dave

Dave, completely normal.  It would matter if the stamping faced up on a current DPMS barrel.
