Might be hard to find one of those,
You could buy an 18" Blackhole barrel from SAA and have it cut an crowned. These come with a free SAA stripped upper which is worth $65 |

You could always get a barrel thread protector and a regular threaded barrel, since you are doing a budget build. JSE Surplus has a few DPMS 16" bull barrels for $140, might be a good option.
