Ex-Marine just gave me a few mags from in storage in a hot shed, he didn't know how old they are, probably at least 10 or 15 years old. Two 20 round colt mags with what looks like a SS follower. The rest are 30 round, black follower and the floor plate says "ADVENTURE ARMS MFG. CO. INC., PARSONS, KS U.S.A." Is there any way to date these mags? And I am going to order follower and spring replacements because they need them.

They are good mags. The follower is alloy, not SS. Whatever you do don't change the alloy followers.

+1

They're the best followers ever used in AR15/M16 mags, and I include the "super" aftermarket pieces currently on the market.
