Hey guys, quick question. Is there any reason why the early Colt style upper/lower receiver front clevis type pivot pin with detent ball work on a RRA lower with an A1 upper?

This pin was featured in Kokalis' article on the Nodakspud retro AR in the last Shotgun News. I believe Brownells also sells a pin like this.

Also, can one obtain a Colt type screw and nut that would word in a new RRA lower anywhere?
