Did Colt ever make a 20" 1 in 9 twist, chrome lined barrel with a threaded muzzle? I see a few 1 in 9 barrels on SAW's website for the 6700 series, but it doesn't say if they are chrome lined or not.

I could be wrong but I think all Colt's are chrome lined (modern barrels of course).  Every colt barrel I've bought has been chrome lined.  From what I understand, Colt went Chrome a long time ago and never looked back.

Oh, Colt did look back
Though they were using the all chrome lined barrels to make their modern civilian M-4 rifles, they have for some years now still been using the proper 4150 steel barrels on their other civilian AR rifles, but only hard chroming their chambers (not their bores). It's hard to keep up with their changes, so maybe they are back to having full chrome lined barrels in all of their AR's, but the chamber only chroming is/was a reality in more recent years production.

I wouldn't know, all of the barrels I bought are military barrels.  I don't know anything about thier comparison with the civilian barrels.
