Has anyone ever seen a blue label Colt 9mm with the block installed in the lower with "Colt" stamped on it like a 6601?

What model was it? a preban or post ban? all of the blue label prebans I have seen are just machined smooth.

Behind the hammer in the lower reciever you should see a sear block pinned in there. It will either be machined smooth on top or will have "COLT" stamped in to it.

Kisara, any chance of getting a picture of the lower on your AR so I could take a look at the sear block?

No, sorry camera broke. Its completely flat on top, even with the top of the receiver. Does NOT say Colt on it. Has a real small hole straight down towards the back. Does this help?

Its a blue label transitional preban. Flash hider, no bayonet lug.

Thanks that helps alot. All of the transitional 9mm AR's I have seen have the same block. I was trying to see if any of the "COLT" stamped blocks ever made it in to the 9mm's. It dosent appear that any did.

my buddy had the Colt mag well block mounted in a Ameetec lower. you could hardly tell the difference.

The Colt block is a super design, I am thinking about getting one myself.
