I currently own a 2012 Colt AR 6450 9mm. I am moving to an area with an Assault Weapons Ban so I won't be able to legally store my AR in my home. I am storing the rifle at my cabin, and I haven't been able to get up there enough to shoot it. I am thinking about selling it and buying a Sig AR Pistol with Arm Brace (legal in my area). I know they aren't making the 6450 anymore, what is the going price on these? And do you think I will regret selling my Colt if I decide to move in that direction? I just hate having a firearm that sits in the safe.

If your life cycles in a different direction again, you will get to play with it.

I would say keep it.

Unless your personal economy forces the issue, what is the problem with keeping it?

I personally love my colt but I'd say it is only in the $1k mark or maybe a bit more. Gunbroker is probably where you will get the going rate. Keep it if you think you will shoot it. Otherwise, get the sig.

The money isn't an issue and now that I am thinking about it, I can always buy the Sig. It might be hard to find a nicely cared for Colt 6450 down the road if i decided to sell this. Thanks. Sometimes you just throw the thought out there and your answer becomes quite clear.
