A few months back there were a few threads on coloring in logos, but I can't find anything now.
How is it done and pics please.

I buy the paint pens from a hobby store. Our last batch of M4s came with no grove or line on the right side of the selector. Our instructors had to walk down the line and physically check each weapon to make sure they were on safe. I painted a line on them so they could walk by and take a quick look to see. It holds up to bore cleaner, CLP, and field use.

Just clean and degrease the emblem, then use the paint pen to fill it in. Wipe off any excess or smears immediately. It can easily be removed with Goo Off. I buy the Goo Off at home depot and it will take off any spray paint or gummy tape glue.

I believe others were also using wax pencils, or china markers to do theirs.

I like paint. its smoother and has a luster. The goof off is a great tip.

I started with white and red China Markers then switched to a crayon.

Crayon works best. I remeber someone saying they heated theirs first, but I did not heat mine.

Thanks for the replies.
I really like the looks of the colored logos, and it sounds easy enough.
As soon as I get my build done I'll post pics.
