Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Ciener 22lr kit jamming need help

I have a Ciener 22lr M16 kit for my M16 and the empty case get jammed between the charging handle and the bolt.  I need help I cannot figure out whats wrong. Any ideas?
This weapon is also silenced.

try CCI Minimags, they are usually the magic cure for Ceiner kits

I would like to use sub sonic ammo. I'm using a Can on it.

I am using Remington Subs in mine, 11.5" barrel with Outback II Can without issues.
