Just wanted to post in case anyone 'needs' to know info regarding these 55gr. rounds for 16" barrels:

Avg. 2952 fps OA Avg. = 2929 fps**Just to side note, have been able to successfully nearly duplicate (if not squeak out a bit more avg. velocity) the American Eagle with handloads using the no longer available AA2230C. Still have enough though to do about 2000 rounds.
Used, RP once fired brass, Winchester 55gr FMJ, 25.5gr of AA2230C, with CCI BR4 primers - COAL varied - 2.205 through 2.209

Except, forgot them on the reloading bench when I left to go to the range this morning!!!!!
