I am looking for the cheapest place to pick both a barrel and a complete upper. Any suggestions?

The only one I can think of is Gunsmoke. They advertise on the Equipment Exchange. www.ar15.tv  I bought a 16" fluted bushmaster barrel kit from them a while back, it is very nice and was cheaper than going directly from Bushmaster.
