If you are looking for a cheap way to carry your 9mm mags check these out at Sportsman's Guide.French Ammo Bags. You get 2 for $9.97 so you can carry up tp 10 mags. I bought a set the last time they were on sale and apart from that funky "canvas that has been in storage a long time" smell they seem pretty good. These should fit up to the 32 rd UZI mags as the 25 rd mags are a little short...I had to stuff the bottom of the pockets with some wadded up old rags. If you don't mind that they are FRENCH, pick some up!

What do you guys think about this rig?

Sten Rig

Is there a better way to carry 9 or 10, 32 round mags?

Thanks,
Accountant

Eagle once made a great and
inexpensive 9mm vest for MP5 users.
But that was also 12+ years ago.
I'd assume they still have the pattern,
and may make one for you.
I had a couple, they were wonderful.
But like an idiot I sold them a LONG time ago.

Nice find, Whisky, I may get one.

My "9mm rig" is a Blackhawk vest with a crossdraw holster. It has 3 30rd .223 mag holders, which hold 3 32rd 9mm mags each, a cross draw holster and room for 4 pistol mags. 3 of the 4 pistol mag holders will even hold 20rd 9mm mags.

There's also two additional pockets. But let me tell you, 9 32rd mags are HEAVY!

I was looking for some mag pouches for a long time and was all set to get the Galati one that holds 8 mags but then I saw these. Being the cheap sob that I am I figured why not! Glad I could help!Whisky19
