If you like slim and lightweight, the Mlok is a no brainer.  I have medium sized hands.  The new C4 MLOK rail noticeably improved the ergonomics and handling from the old LaRue 7.0 this thing used to wear...at least for my anatomy and preferences.

I picked up a 12.5 Centurion Arms upper for my work gun.

Had it out training today for about 450-500 rounds since the weather was nice.

Soft shooting with the SF brake on it. Very pleased.... Monty builds them right.

Chopped a 9.5 down to fit my 9” .300blk barrel. Really pleased with the results. Here’s a mock-up I did. Still waiting on my Micro 30 in NFA jail.

Usually I like a longer rail but that looks great, what rail/barrel size?

Thanks
16” barrel w/ 11” rail

Being an hbar profile I didn’t want to add extra rail that I have no use for.

Anyone know if a CMR MLOK 13” with a BA 14” Hanson barrel will give enough clearance to mount a DA Sandman on a DA FH?

Actual length on the CMR 13” MLOK is 13.468”

Pics would be great if anyone runs this barrel/rail combo.

I thought the MLOK versions were exactly 13", you may want to confirm with Centurion. If so, the answer is almost guaranteed yes

Have any of you guys used the centurion 14.5" recce barrel if so , how good is it?

Just double checked it on Centurions site 13.468”.
A 14” barrel with shims is going to be close.

CMR Carbine cut out rail.  This one took some doing....including a trip back to CA.  But she came out really nice.

11.5 FBI heavy barrel that I had lightened up a bit.

Thanks.  It was a bitch get assembled due to the rail's tight fit.

Gray buffer tube came standard on the KAC lower.

Hard to believe I completed this mod-heavy, "Futuristic RECCE" almost a year ago, but most of those pics are only back on page 32. Seems like we've slowed to a crawl here lately.

I'm still tinkering with it a bit. Most recent updates involve switching back to the MIAD grip (I'm done with K2+ grips for now) and the MOE Fixed Carbine stock. I also added some custom, ambidextrous/rotation limited QD cup inserts for the stock. Made by another user here. Very smart design, and superior to Magpul's version, which lacks the rotation limiting cuts.

How's the lock up and rigidity on the 5.56 M-LOK rail? I have a 13" CMT rail that has similar dimensions and when I hit the side of the rail it hits the gas block. No bueno, and I'm looking for another rail.

All 3 of mine are extremely rigid no play what so ever. I had to use a heat gun just to get them overvthe barrel nut.

I had the EXACT same problem with my 13" CMT rail. I couldn't get it off fast enough.

Looks like I’m jumping in a few years late. I just ordered the 7.62 cmr for a .308 build. I hope the barrel isn’t over gassed since it looks like an adjustable gas block will be hard to squeeze under the rail. Anyway, does anyone think loading a bipod with moderate pressure would cause a 14” cmr to flex and hit Centurion’s low pro block (.875) or is there enough room? Loving everyone’s setups!

Which rail? I've got a 15" CMT Mod 2 and it's as rigid as any other rail I own.

Forward controls is using them for their rails as well.

No i don't think you'll have any problems the centurion gb is very small , but i would still check just to be certain.  I would definitely check your adj gb under a cmr though they have a very slim profile , i know on the 5.56 cmr the centurion gb is the only one they guarentee to fit.

My same Colt LE6920-EPR CK upper half on Colt LE6920 lower half, now I'm trying a Magpul angle grip MLOK gen 2 type.

The CMR MLOK fits very tight, as tight as my other LaRue Tactical 9.0 picatinny rail on my other carbine that I installed myself.

I am hoping the rail is solid. I just ordered an Mlok 10.5. It will be my first Centurion rail. It will be replacing a BCM KMR as I want to get away from keymod.

Don't sweat the quality of Centurion gear.  Its a solid rail.  Perhaps even BEYOND solid....time will tell.

The Larue GB will not fit. It's quite beefy, especially toward the bottom. The Centurion GB is designed for use with these rails, but I also run an SLR Rifleworks GB7 Micro under one of my CMRs with plenty of clearance. There are options out there, but measuring is key.

great info guys...!

Ill grab a CA gas block..

It would fit on a LaRue barrel ok correct...?
