Anyone have experience with this scope? I know its a cheapo...but have read some pretty decent reviews about it.

I have one mounted on a Fal and it has worked fine for several hundred rounds. The picture is bright and clear but eye relief gets picky at full magnification. It is comparible to a Bushnell banner with nicer turrets and less cost. It is not the best scope in the world but is easily worth 3 times what it costs.

Agreed with the previous poster - i use one, and I can agree that it is easily under valued.  No, by no means perfect, but it makes an excellent range scope, or backup, especially with a quick release platform.

I have used one on a .223 and .22 it has held zero very nicely. It is a very good value, IMHO.

Primary arms is a better option.

That said. Those scopes will do the job.

Since I already have an EOTECH RDS and Trijicon ACOG, I didn't want to drop a whole lot of coin for another optic.  This CenterPoint was going for $65, so I thought it would be a good long-mid range scope for the range...

Thanks for everyone's advice!

I have one on my CETME I welded the scope mount to it .I had it for about 3yrs and I do not know how many rnds I put through it and it has held zero even when my kid accidentally dropped it it stayed zero .If you keep it under 10x you are GTG any thing past that it kinda gets a little fuzzy .

I have one on my 10/22 and have put thousands of rounds through and never had to reset zero once until I took it all apart and did the camo job and it had been 100% since. I ordered the sunshade for it.

And my friends 17hmr that sports the same scope and it's a nail driver with this "cheap" scope. We are true fans of this one.

After the camo job I did for him scope still retains zero.

Bleh...I've had two of them. One was mounted on a Stevens 200 .243 and it worked alright. I got rid of the rifle and scope though. I then put one on a Knight KP1 .223 varmint rifle. The scope made the rifle too heavy and it never really did seem to hold zero. I replaced it with a Leupold VX-II 3-9x40 and it is way better. The field of view is tiny like most centerpoint scopes. I would personally stay away from it.

Thanks very much.  Tried to find their site and was unsuccessful.  Sunshades is currently sold out, but I will keep checking.

Glad to help. I went ahead and bought two of them on a risk knowing my friend would want one for his CP scope if I got one, and he did.

The sunshade really helped out and should be included in the package and +$10 on the total price if I were in charge of the company. But I'm not, so you know how that is.

Hope they get some in soon for you.
