I am thinking about getting a Cav Arms C1 stock for my next build. I am a rather small guy, only 5'7 and the A2 stock is just too long for me but the A1 fits me perfectly. However the price for Cav Arms stocks is pretty steep for just a stock body at 45 bucks from their site, any dealers have lower prices on these? Are they really worth the money?

If you don't need a new A1 length stock, check out all the used A1 stocks that are floating around.

IMO yes they are worth the money. The material is much stronger than the A2 stocks and is expecially durable compaired to the older A1 stocks. They also have a much larger compartment inside than the A1 and A2 and they are available in different colors if you care for them.

+1. Cav products are top notch.

Tapco C1 Stocks made by Cavarms?

In any case, I have one and it looks/feels just like my old C1 stock and appears to be the same quality.

Open the trapdoor on the Tapco one. Cavarms buttplates have "CA" molded into the inside of the door.

edit-Mine does anyway.

Thanks!

My Tapco stock is lacking the "CS" marks.

Sounds like another case of Shawn and the boys getting ripped off by another Chicom fuck .
