To me, these two lowers boast the exact same features, though the Eagle Arms lower is cheaper. Any opinions/experience? Thanks!

They're the same thing!  Cav makes the Eagles.  I'm actually not even sure if you can still buy actual Cavarms anymore, as I thought they were all going to go through Eagle/Armalite now.

Armalite bought out the remaining stock from Cav, and now Cav makes the lowers for Armalite, which get sold under the Eagle name.
