I found this mount that looks clean and was on a real AR15 gun accessories site, but has no manufacturer name listed. It looks to have a rise of 1"+

Does anyone know who makes it?

Found it....

It's made by Model One Sales. I've emailed them to ask measurements, rise, and length of base and aluminum or steel.

There are similar ones made by Armalite and RRA.

Remember that you can't adjust the spacing between the rings, and that may be an issue with certain scopes. And it can dictate a placement that isn't good for your eye relief.

Thanks Lancelot. Model One replied with the measurements (1.75 from the top of the flat top to the center of the ring and the base is 4.625 long. They are aluminum) and I ordered one. I have a scope with about 5 inches of eye relief so I think it will be just right.
