[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Can someone volunteer? Need to gather information on.......

I need a couple folks to compile quick synopsis of relevant threads to:

The Alexander Arms 50 Beowulf --- MAINEiac
The Leitner-Wise 499LW
The Bushmaster .308
The DPMS LR-308
The 458 SOCOM {I think I can handle the links to this one, but would appreciate any help.}

Any others that folks would like to pull together threads, about OTHER calibers not listed, please also submit that info via email.

I will compile them in to a tacked thread at the top of this page.

Why aren't 6.8 SPC and 6.5 Grendel threads in here as well?

He may just be wanting to get something going on the big bore caliber for the AR's.
Not sure, if so maybe have something with the big bores and something for the other alternate calibers as well? Both would be equally interesting.

I noted some of the high traffic calibers -- if you want to capture 6.5 Grendel, .21 Ghenghis, 6.8SPC, 300RSAUM or any other variant, please submit the links and info via email.

He threw in .308, which is totally different from the "big bore" ARs, so I figured he was trying to round up all of the alternate calibers. Plus, I hate having to track down 6.8 and 6.5 threads all over the place. I'd love for the mods to start pushing them all to one place (this forum seems appropriate) where they will be easier to follow without having to wade through tons of "Colt r00lz Bushmaster dr00lz" and "What are you going to buy now that the AWB is gone" threads

Unfortunately I don't mod in any forum except AR Variants and AR10 & AR180.....so all the threads in AR discussion are outside my grasp.

This is a prime spot for that discussion to arrive......

Again, I am not trying to exclude any calibers, just trying to get the HIGHEST traffic ones covered.

I'd love to help you out Shivan, but I have 2 problems...I'm a cheap bastard and haven't paid for membership (yet), and I'm so computer illiterate, I can barely manage to get myself to this site in the first place without my daughter's help.
