Ok Can i do this legally  Mag Bodies and or mag Parts  Be Shipped to californai. There Is Gentelman Wanting to purchase Some mag Parts From me 20 Rnd  mags broken into parts Bodies Shipped Seperatly From the Floor plates and Springs and followers Seperate Shipping boxes.

Is this Legal????  I Don't Want to be member at Club Fed.

The whole CA thing is a state law not a federal one.
the way I understand it is...
They can use parts of mags to repair magazines they already have, but not build complete new magazines (so if they had 1 20rd magazine and the feedlips were broken, they could replace the body with a new body and keep the damaged body as proof)

But them building a complete "new" magazine is illegal for them to do.

It is legal for you to ship them however you want. It is up to the receiver to make sure he is not violating the state laws. And receiving them broken down as parts, SHOULD be legal. CA does allow for repair parts, so he is covering his bases I think.
