What can I say? It's wonderful, and being short, doesn't make the gun feel front-heavy. Extremely rigid, you are not going to deflect it with a sling hold, even in the 20", and it stands to reason that it vibrates and deforms less when firing. You ever see that old cartoon where they fire a rifle and you see the bulge going down the barrel, the barrel stretching then rebounding after the bullet leaves? Well, that's pretty much what actually happens, but on a much smaller scale. With the full-heavy profile barrel, that action is considerably reduced. That's why 'bull' barrels are used. The fluting on the full-heavy profile barrel gives you a faster cooling, lighter barrel than the non-fluted, but with nearly all the stiffness. Plus, most importantly, I like the look of the fluted barrel.
