anybody have this sling and swivels on their AR?

i'm basically asking how good of a set-up it would be.  i need a new sling system and this looks like the best one around.  any comments on it?

I have the sling (but not the sling things) on my rifle and it is just great.  Strong material, comfortable width (1.5", I think), and is easy to transition shoulders.  I don't have the sling things because I have a A2 buttstock and a side mount front sling swivel on my gun.

I don't have that sling, but I did just mount the rear sling thing with QD and I think it's going to work out great. I also am looking for a new sling and that setup looks exactly what I'm looking for.

I have the SOP sling and The front Sling Thing. I run the sling thru the buttstock slots on my M4. Its a great setup! If my buttstock was different I would have the rear Sling Thing as well.

yeah i have my sling through the slots in the butstock now, but everytime i shoulder the rifle and try to get a good cheek weld, i get stabbed by a buckle!  lol  i've tried threading the webbing through the slots and doing the buckle a couple different ways.  some ways it stabs me in the cheek, some ways it stabs me in the neck.  argh.  call me a wuss, but that just ain't fun for whiskey-echo.  so i figured i'd try the sling things and drop the buckle outta the way a bit.

WE: I have the same sling with the forward Sling Thing and the rear end threaded through the collapsible stock, too. What I did was just run the end of the strap back through the slider again, keeping it out of my way. HTH

I have a set of standard Sling Things and a SOP Sling.  I love it.  At times I wish I had gotten the QD Sling Things, but that's when I'm being lazy[:D]
