do they have a mid length version of this gun?  and how much?

its pinned too.  what kind of quality do they have out of their rifles as compared to others?  

I'm also interested to know what grade steel components they use in the piston set up.

I just bought one of these as my first AR.  Prior to my purchase I had never shot an AR before but really like it.  I bought mine from cdnninvestments.com and was a bit disappointed that their ad stated that the barrel was  chrome-lined and it is not.  In fact, it has CMMG's proprietary W.A.S.P. finish.  The WASP finish has a carbonized look to it (which I really like) and per CMMG, is twice as hard as chrome.  The barrel has a 1:9 twist as well.  I wound up keeping it and have been very pleased with it thus far.  I didn't look at the ad in the link but wanted to give a heads-up to anyone looking.  The only gas-piston version that CMMG sells is the WASP finish with a 1:9 twist.  Just FYI.

I'd rather pay only a little more and get the Spikes Tactical with Adams Arms Piston tho
