i have been using  eezox for a couple years as my gunsmith says its the best, i ran out the other day and could only get some clp..wow!! this stuff seems to clean better than eezox..your opinions?

Eezox is an excellent rust prevent.  However, one of the components in its formula is fairly nasty stuff.  

Also, there are many other products which perform much better as cleaners and/or lubes.

For years, I have tried just about every wonder lube and cleaner that says they are the best. Every time, I keep coming back to the original CLP and found it suits me best.

Eezox for my duty pistol and use Weaponshield CLP for AR anf other rifles

never viewed ezzox as a clp.  lp yes clp no.

I use slipstream from Crusader Weaponry so far I don't have any problems with it. has any one else used this oil and grease and had a problem with it. or anyone know of a better oil???

IMHO:

CLP is a better cleaner.
CLP and Ezeoxx are about equal for lubrication (CLP may have a very slight advantage).
Ezeoxx is a vastly superior protectant.

i swear by clp and always will its by be all end all cleaner/lubricator/protector

Eezox and EWL come up on top. However, EWL is not as toxic as Eezox.
