Has anyone purchased one of these? If so, what is your opinion of the condition? Are they legal to use with any legal lower? Also will any available bolt (bolt carrier) and charging handle work with them?

Sorry if this a redundant , but I looked back and didn't find any related topic.

Unless your state has it's own AWB, then it's legal on all lowers. Since you're in FL you shouldn't have any problems.
