I have an A1 upper from CDNN that shoots pretty high.  The rep told me that their uppers are from M16A1 so at what range did the military regulate their A1 sights to?

Make sure you don't have the rear sight flipped up to the long range aperture.

If he's used to the sights on an A2 type, I'll bet that's what happened.


The short range aperture on the A1 is the reverse of what it is on the A2, and since both holes look the same, only the "L" on the long range side indicated which is which
