I'm going to be building my next AR in the next month or two. Assuming one could get Bushy or Stag bolt and carrier for the same price, which would most guys get?  Stag stuff is supposedly all made by CMT and milspec. I am leaning toward using most or all Stag parts right now.

Oh, and what in the world does "enhanced" mean?  It's always in quotation marks like that.

I really don't intend to have this turn into a "Bushmaster is better, no Stag is better!" thread. Just which would you go with in this case. Same price. Going in a Stag upper most likely.

If everything else is going to be Stag......then why not use their bolt and carrier also.  There is no difference from what i can see between either the Stag of the Bushy as far as quality parts go.  You won't go wrong with either one, it's mostly just personal preference is all.

For ultimate quality control, get a CMT mag particle tested bolt.  IIRC bushy untested bolts are the same price as a tested bolt.

Stag in my opinion is by far better in quality
