I bought a 20 in A3 Bushmaster hbar upper and was comparing it to my 16 in A3 Bushmaster hbar upper. The upper with the 20 in barrel has markings on the sight rail and 16 in does not. The bolt carrier that came with the 20 in has a smaller cut out in the bottom of the bolt carrier than the one that came with the 16 in upper. Do Bushmaster A3 uppers have markings on the sight rail? Are there variations in the cut outs in the bottom of Bushmaster bolt carriers? The 16 in upper I bought as a complete rifle and know it is all Bushmaster. I bought the 20 in upper complete with B/C/CH alone. Both of the barrels have the same Bushmaster markings, Iam just trying to figure out if the 20 in upper is all Bushmaster.

Bushy does not have T marks on their uppers.

wonder what the Y means?

I talked to someone at Bushmaster.He said some of the A3 uppers they use do have T marks and there are some variations in carriers.
