Hi guys:  I just got my new BMF M4 barrel and I noticed the bayonet lug notch cut is not even, On one side of the notch cut is deeper than the other side. I wonder is it their new version? Because on their older barrel the notch cut seems to be even on both side. Thanks

My A2 Gov. was like that too -- milling cuts for bayo lug off center.  I took the lug off anyway so it didn't matter in the long run.

I wonder would the off center/uneven bayonet lug still mounts a bayonet? Or would it cause the bayonet to come off?  Thanks
