Anyone perhaps know how long Bushmaster is taking to get superlight barrels shipped from date of order ? Thanks.

It's a crapshoot.  Just call.

I know some people have had to wait 2-4 weeks for a barrel.  

I bought one a month ago, or so, and it was in stock.  Had it in two days.
