I just completed my first build and I put a full mag in and ejected a couple of unspent bullits.
The copper was gouged with scrape marks. Is this normal?
What effects would this have on the bullit's trajectory or barrel lining. The bullits were pretty messed up!

Could you take some pictures? Also, chamber a round slowly and eject it slowly - what's scraping against it? Locking lugs?

I'll go out and blast away this weekend. I'll let you know what I find out. It's new so I imagine a break in period will resolve any problems.
