Anything short of pounding the molten aluminum block and chiseling the lower receiver with your own two hands is not a build. Amatuers.
Some people think putting a bought lower with a complete upper is a "build." Its about getting the components you want that don't come from the factory and putting it together (however easy or hard) for your custom rifle. |

I know some guys out their who put a complete lower on a complete upper and call it a build.
