Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Buffer question for lower reciever build to go with SR556c or Adcor BEAR upper.

I’m starting to build my first lower receiver and it will be used in conjunction with a 16" piston upper. ( I am leaning towards either an ADCOR B.E.A.R. or a Ruger 556c.)  Does anyone have any info on the type of buffer and spring that should be used for this project?  I have a standard carbine buffer set up but not sure if another version would be better.
