Every LPK I have ever bought had those, buffer retainer, buffer retainer spring, and both the pivot(front) and takedown (rear) detent springs.
example Daniel Defense LPK 
Common stock kit stock body, receiver extension, buffer, recoil spring, castle nut, end plate.

Thinking of going with a standard buffer to be safe. |
