I have an XPS (no throw lever) in a Larue 110. Seems nothing will mount on the Larue riser except their own qd ring. Nice but more than I want to spend.

I want a 4x magnifier, don't care if it's made in PRC. I'll mount it and my eotech directly to the rail if need be. Just want something to use at the range occasionally. Especially for my pop when he shoots with me. Thanks in advance.

Check Primary Arms.  I bought one a few years ago and it has served me well.

Thanks I'll check them out. I remember someone made a mount that worked with the Larue 110 but I can't recall. Besides Larue I mean.
