Anyone know where I can get some of the 20rnd British steel mags at a reasonable price ?

Try ammoman.com, I just got 5 for $79, including shipping, and they fit with no modificatons

Sorry, mis-read your post. You wanted 20rd mags and ammoman sells 30rd Brit mags.

Yes, the 30's are nice, but there are 20's out there too. Just need to track em down.

Tangeant's review of brit 20's in one word... " DOOKIE " For the same price or less get some USGI 20's . Th mags I looked at looked like the. had been sand blast with 60 grit than parked light grey, add a flimsy lookin black plastic follwer. If your lower has a channel in the front of the mag well they will fit really loose since they have 3 raised bumps on the front of the mags to make up the dimensional difference in the front to back length from the GI alum 20 rd mag....

Looks like the 20s are not the deal the 30s are then ?

Nylon if you are looking for 20rd "British" steel mags then you must be refering to the Sterling AR18/180 parkerized steel mags. The Sterling mags also have the mag catch for the AR15/M16 and doubt you will find any selling for less then $60 each. Kobren.

Thanks guys, I was told that there were some out there that could be had for $15 to $20. I think I was given false info. I really like the 30 rnd British though
