I was in a hurry when I did the first post.
I am looking for either soft point or hollowpoint 223 ammo.
I am not interested in ammo from the old communist block countries.
(seems to be a variety of problems)
I am looking for quality ammo at reasonable prices.
Better?

What are you using it for?  Black hills makes very good blue box ammo with 55 or 60 grain soft point.  They also load ballistic tips if you are hunting small critters.  And then they make ammo with match hollow points for targets and  killin.  Gander mountain carries black hills, and several on line places.  It's the best for your money.

Most accurate for the money?

Winchester White box 45gr varmint ammo... $11/40 rounds.  Black Hills 52gr HPBT a close second... around $15/50.
