I believe Legal Transferes has RRA kits for 53.75?
RRA is good quality stuff. |

sarco has them for $44 - i think they are imported from china or somewhere near there.

Eagle arms (eaglearms.net) will provide an assembled Stag lower less the buttstock for $139.00 - that's $54.00 more than the receiver alone (and you don't have to screw with it). Mine is quite good.
