PrimaryArms.com is always up there with the best prices.  Even cheaper if you buy a mount combo.

I usually got my Aimpoints from LaRue, especially if I also needed a mount.

Sport Optics

I'll throw Sport Optics name in the mix as they have good prices and actually have 2MOA H1s in stock.  I just bought mine two weeks ago and I am very happy with it.
